THE COMPANY BEHIND THE TICKER
This fund aims to replicate the performance of the MSCI ACWI SELECT SCREENED index, which incorporates large and mid-sized companies from developed and emerging markets worldwide. A key feature of this index is its stringent ESG screening process. It specifically excludes companies associated with controversial weapons, those possessing an MSCI ESG Rating of 'CCC' or no rating, and entities that generate specified revenues from areas like tobacco, conventional or nuclear weaponry, civilian firearms, thermal coal, unconventional and/or arctic oil and gas extraction, and palm oil. Issuers with an MSCI Controversies Score of 0 are also omitted. Furthermore, the index is designed to exhibit a lower greenhouse gas intensity compared to its underlying parent index. The index components are comprehensively re-evaluated every quarter. Detailed information regarding the index's composition, selection, and weighting methodology is available on the MSCI website.
