THE COMPANY BEHIND THE TICKER
VITA 34 AG is dedicated to the collection, processing, and long-term storage of stem cells derived from umbilical cord blood and tissue. Its operations span Germany, Spain, and global markets. The company actively develops a range of advanced therapeutic solutions, including cell and gene therapies, specialized cell therapeutic procedures, cryopreservation of a patient's own immune cells, and CAR-T cell technology. Furthermore, VITA 34 manufactures advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs) based on mesenchymal stem cells for experimental applications by specialized medical institutions. It also preserves stem cells from perinatal tissues and adult body fat, and provides contract manufacturing for pharmaceutical intermediates. Founded in 1997, VITA 34 AG is headquartered in Leipzig, Germany.
