THE COMPANY BEHIND THE TICKER
Tongxin International, Ltd. (TIL), primarily operating through its subsidiary Hunan Tongxin Enterprise Co Ltd., specializes in the design, manufacture, assembly, and sale of engineered vehicle body structures (EVBS) within China. These EVBS cater to a wide spectrum of trucks, from small and light-duty models to medium and heavy-duty vehicles, encompassing both cab-forward and cab-over-engine designs. Beyond vehicle structures, TIL also possesses in-house expertise in designing, fabricating, and rigorously testing the specialized dies and molds essential for the vehicle body structure manufacturing process. The company's EVBS products are comprised of various exterior body panels, such as doors, floor pans, hoods, side panels, and fenders. TIL primarily serves the light passenger and commercial vehicle market segments. Internationally, its products are exported to markets across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Founded in 1984, the company maintains its corporate headquarters in Los Angeles, California.
