This actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) aims to achieve its investment goals by strategically investing in both long and short positions of equities and equity-linked instruments, including swaps. Its primary focus is on companies listed on U.S. exchanges. Gotham Asset Management, LLC, which serves as the Sub-Adviser, is responsible for managing the fund and endeavors to maintain its net equity exposure—the difference between its long and short positions—at roughly 50% net short.
