RLF-100 is currently undergoing Phase 3 clinical trials for treating acute respiratory distress syndrome and moderate-to-severe lung injury caused by COVID-19. Furthermore, it is in Phase 1 trials for managing acute lung injury in other intensive care unit settings, and in Phase 2 trials for addressing pulmonary sarcoidosis. Beyond RLF-100, Relief Therapeutics is also progressing with ACER-001, a distinct powder formulation of sodium phenylbutyrate. This compound has successfully completed Phase 3 trials for urea cycle disorders and is presently in Phase 1 for maple syrup urine disease. Additionally, the company is developing APR-TD011, a sprayable hypotonic acid-oxidizing solution, which is in Phase 2 development for the treatment of epidermolysis bullosa. Established in 2013, the company's main operations are based in Geneva, Switzerland.
