THE COMPANY BEHIND THE TICKER
Headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Musk Metals Corp. was founded in 2021, having previously operated as Gold Plus Mining Inc. until its renaming in March 2021. The company's primary business involves the acquisition, exploration, and advancement of mineral properties throughout Canada. Its Canadian portfolio features a 100% undivided interest in the Pluto Gold and Base Metals Property, encompassing 54 claims across roughly 3,000 hectares in Quebec's Chapais Township. Additionally in Quebec, it wholly owns the Elon Lithium Prospect, which covers an area of 245 hectares within the La Corne and Fiedmont townships. The company also possesses a full 100% interest in British Columbia's Lawyers East and West Property, spanning approximately 6,260 acres within the Golden Triangle Region, as well as the Allison Lake East Property, consisting of four claims that cover 1,500 hectares. Furthermore, Musk Metals has an option agreement in place to obtain a 100% interest in two more prospects: the Pakeagama Lithium claims, which comprise four contiguous mining claims over roughly 1,490 hectares in the Electric Avenue pegmatite field of northwestern Ontario; and the McDonough Red Lake Prospect, a three-claim area totaling approximately 1,477 hectares situated within northwestern Ontario's Red Lake Greenstone Belt.
