THE COMPANY BEHIND THE TICKER
Millennium Cell, Inc. was an emerging enterprise focused on pioneering hydrogen-powered battery solutions. A significant strategic alliance was forged with The Dow Chemical Company, aimed at commercializing its hydrogen battery solutions within the military and consumer electronics spheres. Additionally, it maintained a joint development and licensing pact with Horizon Fuel Cells Plc. Established in 1998, the company was headquartered in Eatontown, New Jersey. Millennium Cell Inc. is presently undergoing liquidation.
