The company's expertise spans heating and plumbing, electrical systems, ventilation, and industrial cooling. For heating and plumbing, Instalco provides comprehensive solutions including the installation of district heating, natural gas, heat pumps, and comfort cooling. Their services also cover vital areas such as pipe replacement, preventative maintenance, water treatment, and sprinkler systems, alongside new construction, repairs, ongoing service, maintenance, renovation (ROT work), and initial project planning. Their electrical division handles the design, project planning, and assembly of various systems, from general electricity to alarms, monitoring, data networks, and technical equipment control. They specialize in energy optimization through integrated property automation, offer electric vehicle charging posts, remote reading capabilities, advanced control technology, automatics, and all related service and maintenance. In ventilation, the company offers indoor climate solutions, air treatment systems, and conducts mandatory ventilation inspections. This segment also incorporates sophisticated control technology, automatics, property automation, and detailed project planning. The cooling and industrial sector encompasses the installation of diverse cooling and heating equipment, specialized cooling for food and industrial processes, and comfort cooling. This area also extends to technical consulting, pipe and electric power installation, infrastructure development, automation, instrumentation, emission control, exhaust gas cleaning, project planning, energy management, and safety services. Instalco serves a wide array of clients, including construction companies, property owners, government and local authorities, regional bodies, and both housing and industrial enterprises. Established in 2013 as Instalco Intressenter AB (publ), the company adopted its current name in May 2019 and operates from its headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.
