Additionally, Golden Phoenix has an option to obtain an interest in the North Springs properties, which consist of 16 unpatented lode mining claims spread across three blocks on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land in Esmeralda County, Nevada. The company was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in American Fork, Utah.
