THE COMPANY BEHIND THE TICKER
Arian Resources Corp. is primarily engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties across Canada. The company's main prospecting efforts are directed towards finding deposits of gold, platinum group elements, chromite, and copper. In Northern Albania, the firm maintains substantial interests in various exploration ventures. These projects encompass four current prospecting and exploration licenses (PELs) spanning roughly 32 square kilometers, in addition to two PEL applications covering an extra 134 square kilometers. Furthermore, Arian Resources Corp. holds a copper mining exploitation permit also located within Albania. Established in 2007, the company operated as Golden Touch Resources Corp. before adopting its current name, Arian Resources Corp., in December 2012. Its head office is situated in Vancouver, Canada.
