THE COMPANY BEHIND THE TICKER
Golden Deeps Limited, an Australian-headquartered company established in 1991, is primarily engaged in the exploration, development, and investment of mineral assets across Australia, Namibia, and Canada. The firm targets a diverse range of valuable commodities, including gold, silver, copper, vanadium, lead, zinc, and cobalt. Within Australia, its fully owned portfolio encompasses the Havilah Project, which consists of three granted tenements spanning approximately 102 square kilometers, and the Tuckers Hill Project, covering around 140 square kilometers situated in the Lachlan Fold Belt of New South Wales. The company's Namibian operations involve an 80% stake in the Abenab Vanadium Project. This venture incorporates five prospecting licenses across 433.72 square kilometers in the Otavi Mountain Land of northeast Namibia, in addition to the Khusib Springs mine, located near Grootfontein in Northern Namibia's Otavi Mountain Land. Moreover, Golden Deeps maintains interests in two Canadian ventures located in Cobalt, Ontario: the Professor Co-Ag Project, a contiguous landholding comprising 16 patent and leasehold claims across approximately 129.7 hectares, and the Waldman Ag-Co project, consisting of 11 claims that cover 188.8 hectares of contiguous land.
