THE COMPANY BEHIND THE TICKER
The WisdomTree Brent Crude Oil - EUR Daily Hedged is a fully collateralized Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) that meets UCITS standards. It allows investors to achieve a total return exposure to Brent Crude Oil futures contracts, with its currency risk mitigated daily through hedging to the Euro. This ETC aims to precisely mirror the performance of the Bloomberg Brent Crude Oil Multi-Tenor EUR Daily-Hedged Total Return Index (BCOMTTRE). It accomplishes this by tracking the Bloomberg Brent Crude Oil Multi-Tenor EUR Daily-Hedged Excess Return Index and factoring in net interest revenue after accounting for associated fees and costs. Illustratively, if the BCOMTTRE index increases by 1% over a single day, the ETC is expected to also rise by 1%, excluding fees. Conversely, a 1% decrease in the index during the same period would result in a proportionate 1% fall in the ETC's value, prior to fees.
