Costar also delivers internet protocol (IP) video solutions for critical applications such as traffic monitoring, security, surveillance, and military operations. Furthermore, it supplies essential accessories like various cables, camera mounting hardware, and data storage devices. These sophisticated offerings cater to a wide array of clients and environments, including financial institutions, educational facilities, retail stores, manufacturing plants, highways, government buildings, military bases, border security, and other specialized applications. Established in 1997, the company, originally named Sielox, Inc., rebranded as Costar Technologies, Inc. in October 2011 and is presently based in Coppell, Texas.
