THE COMPANY BEHIND THE TICKER
Capstone Companies, Inc. (CAPC), operating globally through its subsidiaries, specializes in the development, marketing, and sale of consumer-grade LED lighting solutions for both interior and exterior home applications. Its diverse product portfolio features innovative connected surfaces like smart mirrors and traditional rectangular wardrobe/fitness mirrors. The company also offers a range of LED lighting options such as puck lights, under-cabinet light bars, motion sensor lights, and Eco-i-Lites, alongside wireless remote-control outlets and wireless LED accent lighting. These products are primarily offered under the "Capstone Lighting" brand, with additional items available under the "Hoover Home LED" label. Capstone distributes its merchandise through multiple channels, including a direct sales force, a network of retailers and distributors, major retail warehouse clubs, hardware centers, and various e-commerce platforms. The company, which was established in 1986, changed its name from CHDT Corporation to Capstone Companies, Inc. in June 2012 and maintains its headquarters in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
