THE COMPANY BEHIND THE TICKER
This actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) endeavors to meet its investment goals by allocating capital to equity securities across the U.S. and international markets. It specifically targets companies, both domestic and foreign, that possess exposure to Bitcoin and its underlying technological framework. Typically, at least 80% of its net assets (supplemented by any borrowed funds for investment) will be committed to entities designated as "Bitcoin Industry Revolution Companies." This allocation also encompasses other equity securities spanning various industries and market capitalizations, options and warrants linked to these securities, and ETFs offering comparable exposure. The fund is characterized as non-diversified.
