THE COMPANY BEHIND THE TICKER
Berner Industrier AB, established in Stockholm, Sweden, in 1897, is a prominent Nordic enterprise active in technology distribution and environmental and energy solutions. Operating across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark, the company underwent a name change in May 2024, previously known as Christian Berner Tech Trade AB (publ). Its technology and distribution arm encompasses a wide array of offerings, such as advanced water purification systems, packaging machinery, and specialized solutions for vibration dampening, including technical plastics and process technologies. This division also furnishes industrial clients with wear parts for heavy-duty or noisy machinery, precision dosing pumps, and comprehensive disinfection systems. Furthermore, it supplies food packaging and related materials, alongside highly effective vibration-damping products like ballast and sleeper mats, specifically engineered for vibration insulation, mitigating structure-borne noise, and attenuating impact sound. The energy and environment segment delivers essential products including electric boilers, high-pressure pumps, and bespoke pumps for the food and pharmaceutical sectors. This area also provides industrial dampers, sound insulation materials, and specialized noise-reducing control cabins.
