Baristas Coffee Company, Inc., known to consumers as "Baristas," operates as a specialized drive-through establishment focusing on beverage retail across the United States. The company, founded in 1996 and headquartered in Kent, Washington, was formerly known as Innovative Communications, Inc., changing its name to Baristas Coffee Company, Inc. in May 2010.
