Operating both within India and globally, Aarti Drugs Limited, along with its affiliated companies, specializes in the pharmaceutical sector. Its product portfolio encompasses a wide range of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) across numerous therapeutic areas, such as anti-inflammatory, cardiovascular protection, antidiarrheal, antifungal, anti-arthritis/osteoporosis, antibiotic, antidiabetic, Alzheimer's disease management, sedative, vitamin, and alcoholism treatment. Additionally, it supplies pharmaceutical intermediate compounds, including tinidazole, celecoxib, ciprofloxacin, clopidogrel, diclofenac, ketoconazole, nimesulide, and raloxifene. Furthermore, the company manufactures and distributes various specialty chemicals. These include a comprehensive list of compounds such as benzene sulphonamide, benzene sulphonic acid, benzene sulphonic acid methyl ester, benzene sulphonyl chloride, cipro Q acid, levofloxacin Q acid, methyl nicotinate, N-methyl methane sulphonamide, diphenyl sulphone, norofloxacin Q acid, ofloxacin Q acid, ortho para toluene sulphonamide, ortho/para toluene sulphonic acid methyl ester, para chloro benzene sulphonamide, para chloro benzene sulphonyl chloride, para toluene sulphonamide, para toluene sulphonic acid methyl ester, para toluene sulphonyl chloride, sodium benzene sulfinate, para toluene sulphonyl hydrazide, benzene sulphonic acid and its sodium salt, benzyl nicotinate, bisphenol C, bisphenol C(chloride), ethyl nicotinate, ethyl para toluene sulphonate, and N-methyl imidazole. Aarti Drugs also maintains a robust development pipeline, featuring products such as Acamprosate, intended for treating alcoholism; Dabigatran, an anticoagulant; Sevelamer, for managing hyperphosphatemia; Colesevelam, aimed at lowering cholesterol; Dronedarone and Olmesartan, both for cardiovascular disease treatment; Valsartan, which acts as a cardioprotectant; and Sitagliptin, an antidiabetic agent. Moreover, the firm provides contract manufacturing solutions. Established in 1984, the company's main operations are based in Mumbai, India.
