THE COMPANY BEHIND THE TICKER
K2 F&B Holdings Limited is a Singapore-based food and beverage enterprise that oversees the management and operation of various food centers and hawker-style streets. The company's operations are divided into two main segments. Its Outlet Management division focuses on leasing culinary premises to tenants within its food establishments, alongside offering essential services like facility administration, cleaning, and utilities. This segment currently handles the management and leasing for 13 different food outlets. The second segment, Food and Beverage Operations, directly engages with consumers by retailing a diverse selection of cooked meals, beverages, and tobacco products through its own stalls. Their food offerings span popular local dishes such as mixed vegetable rice, zi char, an array of roasted meats, and chicken rice, complemented by breakfast staples like kaya toast, boiled eggs, and various noodle dishes. The beverage stalls feature an assortment of drinks including coffee, tea, canned sodas, and syrup-based juices like calamansi and water chestnut. These beverage outlets also provide alcoholic beverages and cigarettes.
