THE COMPANY BEHIND THE TICKER
Operating out of Hong Kong, LH Group Limited serves as a multifaceted restaurant company, managing a portfolio of diverse brands. Its culinary focus is primarily on Asian flavors, featuring Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, and Shanghainese specialties across its eateries. By the close of 2021, its extensive network comprised 45 restaurants: a proprietary Cantonese venue named Pot Master, and 44 additional Asian dining spots. These Asian restaurants included its own brands such as Mou Mou Club, Peace Cuisine, and Wing Wah Allday, alongside popular franchised concepts like Gyu-Kaku, Gyu-Kaku Jinan-Bou, On-Yasai, and Yoogane. Beyond its restaurant ventures, the company is actively involved in distributing food ingredients to both affiliated and independent businesses. It also embraces contemporary dietary trends by incorporating plant-based options, including burger steaks, Omnipork, and Impossible Foods, into various offerings such as dim sum, main courses, and hot pot selections. Further broadening its operations, LH Group holds properties, offers management, procurement, and logistics services, and participates in ingredient trading. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong, and functions as a subsidiary of LHG Holdings Limited.
